My name is Charlotte D, originally from Minneapolis, MN. I’m a single mom of two wonderful kids and a lovable doggy Ms. Fancy our cute little 13 pounds 5 year old Yorkie Poodle I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges and struggles that come with being overweight, the feelings of despair, and the frustration of failed attempts.

Life as a single mom has been both rewarding and challenging, and one of my most significant challenges has been struggling with my weight since finishing college.
Over the years, I watched my weight climb by as much as 80 pounds. It was a journey marked by countless diets, exercise plans, and lots of sweat, but with very little to show for it. The struggle was real, and I knew it was time for a change.
My turning point came when my doctor delivered a wake-up call. She informed me that I was in the “obese” category, and if I didn’t make significant changes to my health, I would be at risk for some serious health issues. Like: Heart Disease, Type 2 Diabetes, Joint Problems, Sleep Apnea and Mental Health issues such as low self-esteem, anxiety, and depression.
Faced with this reality, I began to think about what would happen to my children if I were to pass away due to the health issues that often accompany being overweight. That realization hit me like a ton of bricks, and I knew I needed to take action. I began to explore healthy, natural ways to shed those excess pounds and regain control of my life and confidence. My journey wasn’t easy, but it was incredibly rewarding.
After a lot of dedication and hard work, I managed to shed 85 pounds, and what’s even more amazing is that I’ve kept it off. This transformation didn’t just affect me, though; it inspired my family, friends, and co-workers to ask questions and being making healthier choices and shed those unwanted pounds too.
Seeing the positive changes in the lives of these men and women, witnessing their growing confidence and improved well-being, has given me the courage to extend my helping hand beyond my inner circle. I’ve seen firsthand the power of support and shared determination, and I’m here to extend that same support and inspiration to you.

My passion for helping others on their weight loss journeys runs deep, and it’s rooted in a profound sense of empathy and a desire to make a positive impact.
